Nomad Life Co. is committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right. Returns:
We accept returns for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, please email us at contact@nomadlifeco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please use this label to return the product to us. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original product and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@nomadlifeco.com
Cancellations:
We do not offer cancellations for orders that have already been processed and shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before we start processing your order.
