Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nomad Life Co. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us at contact@nomadlifeco.com and we'll work with you to make it right. Here are the guidelines for returns and exchanges:
Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Packages Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in transit, please let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with you to track down the package or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Address: If you or your end customer provide an insufficient or incorrect shipping address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You'll be responsible for the reshipment costs once we've confirmed the updated address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Returns for Buyer's Remorse: We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. If you or your end customer are unhappy with the size or color of an item, please contact us at contact@nomadlifeco.com and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Face Masks: For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of sealed goods such as face masks. Please contact us at contact@nomadlifeco.com if you receive a damaged or defective face mask.
EU Consumers: If you are an EU consumer, please note that under the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized, or sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
